Delivered With CareAll items are gift wrapped in tissue paper. Lariats will be sent in a pretty organza bag tied with ribbon. All other items will be gift wrapped in a matt black box tied with satin ribbon. A gift card will be enclosed with every order. I can handwrite the gift card if you would like me to send the gift directly to the gift recipient.Our ProductsEvery effort has been made to represent my products accurately, however, each piece has been made individually and some variations can occur. Semi-precious stones often do not match exactly adding to their unique quality. I cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser, software or computer system used by you, the customer. All sizes are approximate.All of my designs are automatically protected under "Design Right" and remain my intellectual property which means that to use these designs for any purpose without my permission would be an infringement of UK Patent Law. The images on my site are for informational purposes only and are automatically protected by UK copyright law. They should not be downloaded or printed for any purpose other than legitimate use related to the company. Any infringement of design right or copyright (such as use by other jewellers) would entitle me to take civil action in court with a view to seeking damages. Returns PolicyIf you are not happy with anything you buy from Bish Bosh Becca please return them to me within 7 days. I will be happy to exchange or refund providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Earrings are non refundable for hygiene reasons, except in the unlikely event they are faulty.Making ReturnsFor all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to me at: Bish Bosh Becca, Bramhill, Newlands Rd, Ruishton, Taunton, Somerset. TA3 5JZ.When returning items I strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Prices and PaymentAll prices are in £ sterling and do not include UK VAT. I accept online payment via debit card, credit card or by cheque. Payment is made with my payment service provider, Paypal. You will be directed immediately to their secure server for immediate authorisation. Once I have received authorisation from my Payment Service Provider I will dispatch your order. Credit card details are not recorded or stored in my database, or viewable by any of my staff. If paying by cheque, please send it to the above address, made payable to Bish Bosh Becca.
