Delivery and Returns

Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and do not include UK VAT. We accept online payment via debit card, credit card or by cheque. Payment is made with my payment service provider, Paypal. You will be directed immediately to their secure server for immediate authorisation. Once we have received authorisation from my Payment Service Provider we will dispatch your order.

Credit card details are not recorded or stored in our database, or viewable by any of our staff. If paying by cheque, please send it to the below returns address, made payable to Bish Bosh Becca. We will post items to you as soon as your cheque has cleared.


Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Products will be sent out to you by:

1st class recorded delivery and bfpo £2.95
Special next day delivery £6.50 (orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched same day with delivery by 1pm the following working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be posted the next working day). Order placed before 12pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday unless Saturday delivery option is selected
Airsure to non mainland UK,Europe  and worldwide £8.00
Where Airsure delivery is not available the order will be sent by International signed for.

We aim to despatch next working day and will do our best to fulfil this.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with anything you buy from Bish Bosh Becca please return them to us within 7 days. We will be happy to exchange or refund providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Earrings are non refundable for hygiene reasons, except in the unlikely event they are faulty.

Making Returns

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to:

Bish Bosh Becca, Hillcote, Bartley Heath North, Warnborough, RG29 1HD.

When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
