All items are gift wrapped in a matt black box tied with ivory satin ribbon. A gift card will be enclosed with every order. Please let us know if you would like a message hand written on the gift card.
Children's jewellery will be sent in an amethyst coloured box with ivory satin ribbon and a gift card will be enclosed as well.
We now offer two luxury gift wrap services. There is a small charge for the luxury option.
Every effort has been made to represent the products accurately, however, each piece has been made individually and some variations can occur. Semi-precious stones often do not match exactly adding to their unique quality. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser, software or computer system used by you, the customer. All sizes are approximate. Items which are hand made are subject to slight variations. The photographs shown on this website depict a representation of the completed article and are given in good faith, however we cannot guarantee are absolutely correct. Cultured freshwater pearls and semi-precious stones are natural products used in the making of our jewellery. Please note that the colours/shapes/sizes and quality of the pearls/stones may vary slightly. Illustrations are not necessarily to scale. We endeavour to match pearls/stones as closely as possible to customer requirements, however a perfect match cannot be guaranteed.
All of the designs are automatically protected under "Design Right" and remain our intellectual property which means that to use these designs for any purpose without our permission would be an infringement of UK Patent Law.
The images on the site are for informational purposes only and are automatically protected by UK copyright law. They should not be downloaded or printed for any purpose other than legitimate use related to the company.
Any infringement of design right or copyright (such as use by other jewellers) would entitle us to take civil action in court with a view to seeking damages.
If you are a consumer contracting with us online or by telephone and would like to cancel the contract for your order, you can do so at any time up to 7 working days after the day of receipt of goods. You must inform us of your request to cancel your contract in writing. Your written cancellation request can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us promptly from your notification at your cost. If you fail to return the goods to us, we reserve the right to arrange for the goods to be collected by courier at your cost. If you have paid a standard delivery charge, this will be refunded if you are cancelling the contract for your complete order only. Extra services such as Express Delivery or gift wrapping requested by you form part of a separate contract and are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
The regulations do not apply to some items and full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available from Consumer Direct, your local Citizen's Advice Bureau or Trading Standards.
Bish Bosh Becca endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple returns policy.
If you are not happy with anything you buy from Bish Bosh Becca please return it to us within 7 days. We will be happy to exchange or refund providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene Regulations, except in the unlikely event they are faulty. All items that are made to order or made to measure are non-returnable, unless they are faulty.
Please note that gift wrapping service charges and any special delivery service charges are not refundable.
Bish Bosh Becca’s 7 Day Returns Policy is an addition to your statutory rights and Distance Selling Regulations. Please see our terms for more information.
Any item returned outside of our 7 day return period, but received within 30 days of delivery, may be subject to credit at the discretion of Bish Bosh Becca providing goods are in original condition and packaging.
We are only able to process returns and refunds when dealing with the original purchaser of the goods. Although we are happy to exchange such items.

Since Bish Bosh Becca cannot be held responsible for goods until they arrive at our premises and unsuitable items are returned to us at your cost, we strongly recommend that you return your item using one of Royal Mail’s tracked services. This will insure you for the value of your goods and will also allow you to track your order via http://www.royalmail.com/.
Your card will be refunded within 7 days of us receiving your return and you will receive an email confirmation to let you know. Depending upon the banks and your card issuer, it can take several further days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please contact us if you have not received your goods within 7 days of the dispatch email being received email@example.com We will take up the matter with Royal Mail to rectify the situation.

Bish Bosh Becca accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta. We are sorry but we do not accept American Express. Payment is made with my payment service provider, Paypal. You will be directed immediately to their secure server for immediate authorisation. Once we have received authorisation from my Payment Service Provider we will dispatch your order. Credit card details are not recorded or stored in our database, or viewable by any of our staff.

Special next day delivery £6.50 (orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched same day with delivery by 1pm the following working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be posted the next working day). Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will arrive on Monday unless Saturday delivery option has been selected).

Where Airsure delivery is not available the order will be sent by International signed For.
All postage options require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that you specify a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order

Delivery will be made to the address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure you provide full and correct delivery details including postcode (if applicable). Your order details will be displayed on screen prior to completing your order to allow you to check the details you are providing us. In addition, you will also receive a confirmation email following placement of your order to further allow you to check the details you have provided. It is your responsibility to notify us of any error you have made by emailing us with the correct details and your order number prior to dispatch of your order. We are unable to adjust your delivery address once your order has been dispatched.
In the event your order has not arrived due to providing an incorrect delivery address, Royal Mail will usually return the order to sender. In this case, we will issue a refund once we receive your returned order (excl. P&P charges) and you will receive a Refund Confirmation email to inform you that your card or PayPal account has been credited. If your order is still required, you will need to place a separate order and ensure the correct details are supplied.
