Delivered with Care

All items are gift wrapped in a matt black box tied with ivory satin ribbon. A gift card will be enclosed with every order. Please let us know if you would like a message hand written on the gift card.

Children’s jewellery will be sent in an amethyst coloured box with ivory satin ribbon and a gift card will be enclosed as well.

Bridal jewellery will sent in a glossy white box tied with organza and satin ribbon and a gift card.

We now offer two luxury gift wrap services. There is a small charge for the luxury option.

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail. Standard shipping to the UK is 1st class recorded. Express next day and Saturday delivery are Special Delivery. All orders placed by 11:30am will be sent out the same working day.

Overseas post is sent tracked, we can send orders by express courier if an overseas order is required quickly. Please contact us for a quote.

UK orders over £100 are sent free of charge. If you select express delivery for a free delivery order, your order will be received the day after it is posted (THIS MAY NOT BE THE SAME DAY AS YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER).

If you are in the UK and you have not received your goods within 7 days of the dispatch email being received, please contact us at  We will take up the matter with Royal Mail to rectify the situation.

*Please be aware that it is your responsibility to provide full and correct delivery details including postcode (if applicable). We are unable to accept responsibility for orders which fail to be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address or post code.

Delivery and promotions

If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction is applied only to the price of the product and not the delivery cost. Any free delivery offers refer to UK delivery only.

Import Duties and Customs:

When ordering to a country outside of the UK, your items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Returns and Cancellations

For most products, you have 14 days to notify Bish Bosh Becca –if you want to return or exchange the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. This applies to cancelable goods (there’s a guide below to help you see what’s cancelable and what isn’t).

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product and where relevant the external packaging, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back).

Gift Cards

Gift Cards or vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred for value

What you can’t send back

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancellable and non-refundable:

  • Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered by the Partner to all customers), is personalised or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, sculpture and ceramics
  • Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like earrings, cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken, and material face masks

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before ordering.

In the case of exchanges, a re-delivery charge will apply of £3 to UK addresses and £12 to international addresses.

If it is an international return, please clearly label the package “Returned for refund” or “Returned for repair”.  This will help to ensure that your returned goods are not held in UK customs, which could otherwise result in delays in processing your refund or you may become liable for customs charges.  We will not pay custom charges for returned goods

Since Bish Bosh Becca cannot be held responsible for goods until they arrive at our premises and unsuitable items are returned to us at your cost, we strongly recommend that you return your item using one of Royal Mail’s tracked services. This will insure you for the value of your goods and will also allow you to track your order via


Your card will be refunded within 7 days of us receiving your return and you will receive an email confirmation to let you know. Depending upon the banks and your card issuer, it can take several further days for the refund to appear in your account.
