Q: What happens if I order the wrong size and need to exchange it?

That's fine, as long as the item hasn't been personalised especially for you, and is returned unworn with all the original packaging and receipt within 28 days of purchase. We strongly recommend returning goods by using the Royal Mail 'Signed For' service as we cannot be responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Q: How do I return goods?

Q: Do I have to pay import charges?

Any customs or import duties are levied once your goods reach their destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Bish Bosh Becca will not be held liable for any import charges whatsoever.

Q: What happens if my order does not arrive?

All orders are sent tracked. The tracking number is given when your order is dispatched. It can also be found under the order details on your account. Please see www.royalmail.co.uk to track your order. If you are still concerned please do contact us and we can investigate further.

Q: What if I'm not in to sign for the package?

In the UK if you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the post office will leave a card and return the package to your local depot for collection or redelivery. Covid may have changed this procedure and some post workers will sign for you.

Q: What if I need my order really quickly?

We do offer a next day express delivery service and a guaranteed Saturday delivery service within the UK. Simply place your order before 11:30am and we'll rush it to you the next day. We can also obtain an express courier quote for overseas delivery.

Q: How quickly will my order arrive?

Your Bish Bosh Becca order will usually be dispatched next working day by first class Royal Mail which usually takes 1-2 days to arrive. However, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail and may take longer. International orders are sent via Royal Mail’s International tracked for service. The carrier outside the UK will depend on the destination country. The delivery time varies dependent on destination but generally is up to 7 days for Europe and 10-14 days worldwide. Q: Can I Order Gift Vouchers?

At the moment we do not offer gift vouchers but we are working on being able to offer them in the future.

Q: Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

If your item is in stock we prepare your order immediately and you will only have a limited window to amend or cancel your order. Please email us as soon as you can here so we can confirm whether we can amend or cancel your order
