We appreciate that sometimes you may change your mind about your order.
We will happily exchange or refund your order so long as:
- you contact us to request a return within 14 days of receipt, and;
- you return it to us, unworn and in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the return being authorised.
Do please be aware, however, that we cannot, issue refunds or exchanges for personalised items made especially for you unless they’re faulty.
We are also unable to refund the cost of the luxury gift wrap or delivery charges.
