Yes. Most of our jewellery can be modified to suit your requirements. The lengths of our necklaces, earrings and bracelets can be adjusted, silver can be changed to gold and earring fittings can be changed to fish hooks, studs or clips-on in most cases.
We also have a variety of other Swarovski crystal and freshwater pearls available if you are looking for something to match your colour scheme.
Please contact us prior to ordering to enquire about any particular adjustments which you would like and we’ll let you know if it is possible and if there will be any extra costs involved.

At the moment we are only able to handstamp, but hope to offer engraving in the near future. So please note that the letter and numbers are hand stamped letter by letter, or number by number using old fashioned metal punches. They are not machine engraved and might not be perfectly aligned. We think this adds to your jewellery’s unique charm.

Unfortunately we are only able to process returns and refunds when dealing with the original purchaser of the goods. This is to protect the security interests of the original purchaser. If you are unhappy with your gift, please inform the original purchaser so that they can return the gift to us for a full refund. Or we are happy to exchange the item if you are not comfortable having this conversation
To reassure you we only use your details to process your order. We do not hold your payment details. We only send you our newsletter, when you have expressly requested it. And finally we never pass your details on to any one else.

That is no problem, we can easily exchange the chain for you. If it is a pendant or locket, just keep hold of everything and just send the chain back to us, wrapped in the white wadding from the box. We can then send you the correct length. If the chain is more expensive we can send you a paypal invoice to pay the difference.

We are happy to discuss any requirements you have over the phone or by email. When it comes to placing an order particularly for personalised items, we strongly suggest ordering online. That way both of us will have a written record of your order.

Yes we do. Payment for orders can only be made in pounds sterling (£) using one of the following payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Switch.
We use an industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other buy generic flagyl critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Once you have entered all of your billing and delivery address details and order information in the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. Once you have done this and you click the ‘proceed’ button, your card will then be debited, subject to card approval.
All Bish Bosh Becca pieces will be beautifully gift wrapped in our branded boxes, black for our women’s range, amethyst for children, and white for bridal. The boxes are tied with a satin or organza and satin ribbon and a gift card included, we are happy to handwrite a special message on the gift card if we are sending it direct for you. This service is free of charge.
For a small charge we offer luxury gift wrap. Perfect if you are short of time and need something special, or we are sending it direct for you.
We can send directly to your gift recipient.
Yes. You will have the option, during the checkout process, to add a handwritten gift card to your order free of charge. All you need to do is fill in the gift recipient’s name and the message you would like us to hand write on the gift card and we’ll do all the rest.
Your Bish Bosh Becca order will usually be dispatched next working day by first class Royal Mail which usually takes 1-2 days to arrive. However, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail and may take longer.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail’s International tracked and signed for service. The carrier outside the UK will depend on the destination country. If tracked and signed for it not available then your order will be sent tracked.
The delivery time varies dependent on destination but generally is up to 7 days for Europe and 10-14 days worldwide. Please see www.royalmail.co.uk for further details.
We do offer a next day express delivery service and a guaranteed Saturday delivery service within the UK. Simply place your order before 12pm and we'll rush it to you the next day.
If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the post office will leave a card and return the package to your local depot for collection or redelivery.
All orders are sent tracked. The tracking number is given when your order is dispatched. It can also be found under the order details on your account.

Any customs or import duties are levied once your goods reach their destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Bish Bosh Becca will not be held liable for any import charges whatsoever.
We appreciate that sometimes you may change your mind about your order. We will happily exchange or refund your order so long as:
you contact us to request a return within 14 days of receipt, and;
you return it to us, unworn and in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the return being authorised.
Do please be aware, however, that we cannot, issue refunds or exchanges for personalised items made especially for you unless they're faulty.
We are also unable to refund the cost of the luxury gift wrap or delivery charges.

That's fine, as long as the item hasn't been personalised especially for you, and is returned unworn with all the original packaging and receipt within 28 days of purchase.
We strongly recommend returning goods by using the Royal Mail 'Signed For' service as we cannot be responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
